for jogging/running de.. cause tired.. haha..

my mama ask him wan to go with me..

walk half a canal.. no i think 1/4 of canal ba.. haha..

after tat go home.. cause
hungry lah... nvr eat go running leh..
wah.. come back drink water.. den go
vomit water.. haha.. den eat breakfast..
den okay le.. full with energy.. haha..
